Francesco performed very well both in the design work and in the technical development, and was full of proposals for feature additions and changes. The deadlines were well respected and he stayed available after the project for the handover of the code. Even though Francesco is Italian, he has a very good command of French and grasped well all the complex requests I put to him. J'ai fait appel au service de Francesco dans le cadre du développement d'un site internet pour NF-Ticket. Francesco a été très performant tant dans la réalisation design que dans le développement technique, il a su être fort de proposition pour des ajouts/modifications de fonctionnalité. Les délais ont bien été respectés et il est resté disponible après le projet pour la passation du code. Malgré le fait que Francesco soit italien, il maîtrise très bien le français et a su bien saisir toutes les demandes complexes que j'ai pu lui formuler. After meeting by chance at a networking event, I had the pleasure of starting a web3 project together with Francesco. Beyond his hard skills, on which there is little to add (in an extremely good sense!), I found in him soft skills that are absolutely not to be underrated, such as great personal organisation and the ability to meet deadlines perfectly, along with a strong disposition for active listening in service of reaching goals effectively and efficiently.
